A confirmation of your registration will be sent via email once full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, with refunds processed after the Conference.
If the cancellation is received by 31 March 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
 
Rules and Regulations:
– Each registrant must complete a separate ONLINE Registration System.
– The Registration System will not be processed without payment. Please do not send cash.
– Upon receipt of your Registration System and full payment, the Conference Secretariat will send a Registration Confirmation via email. Please review the confirmation carefully. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
– Cancellation and refund policy: On or before 31 March 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After 31 March 2025: No refund will be issued.
– The program is subject to change without prior notice. If the Conference is cancelled, the Organizer’s sole liability is to refund all fees paid.
– All inquiries, changes, and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
– The information provided on the Registration Form is used to assist us in preparing for your participation in the Conference. All personal data will be handled confidentially and shared only with the Organizer of Aortic Asia 2025 and related parties. You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
